Position summary:
As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll help clients get up and running with their new Qualtrics solutions—configuring platforms, testing integrations, assisting with survey programming, and building dashboards. You’ll play a key role in helping clients quickly realize value from their investment, making this a perfect launchpad for a future in Technology Services, Advisory and Managed Services, or Engineering Services.
Key responsibilities:
- Become a certified expert on the Qualtrics Platform by completing boot camps and certifications.
- Lead solution implementation from start to finish—serving as the project manager, client contact, and technical lead.
- Configure and test technical components, including dashboards, integrations, and survey solutions.
- Train and support clients on platform functionality and best practices.
- Gather technical requirements to accurately scope and plan implementations.
- Manage intake forms, change orders, and SOW updates as part of total account management.
- Identify opportunities for account growth by recognizing unmet needs and upsell potential.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize implementations.
- Communicate progress and solutions clearly through calls and written updates.
- Continuously grow your product knowledge and stay up to date on new tools and technologies.
- Flex to support other teams or priorities as assigned.
Education & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Informatics, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- Experience defining programs, writing functional specifications, and delivering evolving business solutions.
- Background in User Experience (UX) or Digital Customer Experience (CX) is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong communicator—able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Naturally curious with high standards—you don’t stop at “good enough.”
- Detail-oriented and proactive—you like to understand the “why” behind the work.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and creating a smooth, valuable experience.
- Experience with systems like Monday.com and SAP ByDesign is helpful but not required.
- This role requires the ability to travel to client sites, with expected travel approximately once per month.
